INSTRUCTIONS

TASK
The Digital Business Concept
Before starting, we needed to form a group of 3.

Team members:
Khalif Mikail Bin Mohd Ihwan 0377378 (Team Leader)
Janice Cheah Pei Ern 0376497
Joyce Wong Siew Wei 0378201

During Week 1, we discussed what business we want to focus on. Eventually, we decided to go with an online bookstore website. (Sketches done by Khalif)

Eventually, we went with a book website. We look up at competitors such as Popular Bookstore and BookXcess's online website to see where we can improve. To stand out amongst other competitors, we decided to add a spin wheel for indecisive readers who don't know what to read.

Next, we plan out a draft on how our website will look like when at the home page.

We also planned out 2 Core Flows on the buying process and spinning the wheel process.

After presenting on Week 3, Ms. Mia gave us some feedbacks on how we can potentially improve our spin wheel function and core flows.

Here below is the final slides:

FEEDBACKS

Week 3 (Presentation)
Specific Feedback: More details for the core flows, make sure all the actions lead to something instead of hanging, especially at the payment part. Have a start button at the beginning. Add action processes like yes or no (Above and around arrows). Spin wheel to add filters and perhaps keywords.

REFLECTIONS

To be honest, it was quite fun to be able to come up with different ideas for our website as a team. At first, we had some difficulty on choosing what we want to do for our business but the teamwork process was quite smooth afterwards. Overall, it was a great start for us as a team and hopefully we will overcome what comes next.
