Before we start, we distributed our work amongst ourselves. For the observation, we all did it individually, one person at a time. For the survey, we each find 3-4 people to test out our website.

Afterwards, we compiled our data and analysed it into a presentation slide to see where we can improve on our website.

REFLECTIONS
To be honest, I feel a little sad at first, as after seeing the results’ summary, I noticed we have a lot of things to change on our website. However, this is also showing us that we have a large room for improvement, and we can use the feedback to enhance our website. In the final task, we should try our best and fix all the necessary points in the improvement lists to provide a better experience to other users. This user testing task also serves as an experience that we can learn from for future projects/works.
